• Coordinate the intake, assessment, and enrollment of participants
  • Develop individual placement plans that are consistent with IPE goals and abilities
  • Provide training in resume development, cover letters, and interview preparation
  •  Offer tax incentives to employers, to include WTO and OJT
  • Provide job development, placement, and 90-day retention follow-up services
  • Maintain active employer database matching positions with the skills of participants
